Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"ELASTANOS COM TìTULO GROSSEIRO E PROCESSO DE FIAçãO A úMIDO PARA PRODUçãO DOS MESMOS"<D>. A invenção descreve um processo para produção de fios de elastano com um título de pelo menos 2.500 dtex, de acordo com o processo de fiação a úmido e os fios de elastano de título grosseiros, a ser produzidos de acordo com o mesmo, com seção transversal larga e baixo teor de solvente residual. O processo compreende as etapas: fiação de uma solução de elastano de até 35% em peso, de viscosidade estável, em um banho de precipitação, lavagem e, opcionalmente, estiragem, secagem por aquecimento de contato, fixação, preparação e enrolamento dos fios, sendo que os filamentos, ao deixar o banho de precipitação, são guiados em torno de uma polia de desvio, que está disposta pouco acima do líquido do banho de precipitação, e sendo que o título de fiação individual corresponde, no máximo, a 1% do valor do título final, a torcedura é de 0,5 a 50, a temperatura do aquecimento de contato importa em pelo menos 220°C e o tempo de contato dos fios de elastano importa em pelo menos 2 segundos.
