"APARELHO E SISTEMA DE ENCHIMENTO E PROCESSO PARA INTRODUZIR EM UM RECIPIENTE, UMA SUSPENSãO OU SOLUçãO DE UMA SUBSTâNCIA". Um aparelho de enchimento para, um sistema de enchimento para e um processo de introduzir em um recipiente uma suspensão ou solução de uma substância, particularmente uma substância farmacêutica, em um propelente sob pressão, o aparelho de enchimento compreendendo: um corpo principal (4) incluindo uma passagem (20) para comunicação, em uso, com uma haste de válvula (144) se estendendo de uma cabeça (141) de um corpo (139) de um recipiente (138), o recipiente compreendendo uma câmara dosadora (143) seletivamente comunicável pela haste de válvula (144) com a atmosfera e uma câmara de armazenamento (140) definida pelo corpo (139); um atuador de enchimento (7) compreendendo um conjunto de válvula de encher (29) em comunicação com a passagem (20) para seletivamente introduzir no interior o propelente sob pressão contendo uma substância em suspensão ou solução; um atuador de escape (10) compreendendo um conjunto de válvula de escape (48) em comunicação com a passagem (20) para seletivamente ventilar da mesma o propelente sob pressão contendo a substância; e um corpo de engate (16) com o recipiente em comunicação com a passagem (20) para receber, em uso, a cabeça (141) do corpo (139) do recipiente (138), o corpo de engate (16) com o recipiente (16) sendo deslocável em relação ao corpo principal (4) para dessa maneira causar a haste de válvula (144) do recipiente (138) a ser seletivamente posicionada em uma posição estendida fechada, uma posição deprimida aberta ou uma posição intermediária entre elas, em cuja posição intermediária a câmara dosadora (143) do recipiente (138) está fechada para a atmosfera.
