Abstract
ESTRUTURA FLUTUANTE SUBMARINA DE PERFURAçãO/PRODUçãO" Uma estrutura flutuante submarina de perfuração/produção. A estrutura é formada a partir de uma pluralidade de colunas boiantes verticalmente orientadas e estritamente espaçadas nas quais um ou mais módulos ou convés podem ser posicionados de modo a suportar o equipamento de processo, uma armação de navio para perfuração, aparelhos, e acomodações para pessoal. As colunas ficam presas no relacionamento espaçado por uma pluralidade de chapas horizontais espaçadas ao longo do comprimento das colunas e chapas verticais localizadas próximas ao fundo das colunas e próximas ao topo das colunas. A perfuração e/ou produção é realizada através de tubos de subida localizados aproximadamente no centro da estrutura. A estrutura inclui um lastro fixo, uma área de armazenagem de petróleo, e vazios e lastro variável para o deslocamento do peso mais leve do petróleo armazenado. As colunas têm uma área de plano de água menor do que a das chapas horizontais.
