Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE AMOSTRAGEM PARA ANáLISE TéRMICA" Um dispositivo de amostragem para análise térmica de metal solidificante, particularmente ferro grafite compactado, compreendendo um recipiente (2) essencialmente cilíndrico, aberto no topo pretendido para ser imerso dentro e enchido com um metal líquido a ser analisado, pelo menos um elemento sensor responsivo a temperatura (4), de preferência dois, pelo menos e de preferência um tubo protetor (14) concentricamente encerrando o dito sensor(es) (4), disposto dentro do dito recipiente (2) e suportado por elemento de suporte de sensor (15) disposto acima o dito recipiente (2) e fixado ao recipiente (2) pelas pernas (16) e pretendido para guiar e manter os sensores (4) em posição, quando imerso em uma quantidade de amostra de metal solidificante (3) durante a análise, o dito recipiente (2) compreende uma superfície interior (17) pretendido para contatar a quantidade de amostra (3) durante a análise, e uma superfície exterior (18) pretendido para contatar a atmosfera ambiente, as ditas superfícies (17 e 18) sendo unidas no topo (12) do recipiente (2) e sendo mútua e igualmente espaçados em uma parte cilíndrica (2a) do recipiente (2), de modo a formar um espaço isolante fechado (8) entre as superfícies correspondentes opostas (9 e 10), caracterizado pelo fato de que o dito recipiente (2) possui uma parte de fundo substancialmente semi-esférica (2b), possuindo uma parte achatada disposta concentricamente (2c).
