Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CONTENçãO DE RODAS MONTADAS SOBRE OS EIXOS DE UM VEìCULO". A presente invenção apresenta um sistema de contenção (2) para as rodas montadas sobre os eixos (4) de um veículo, o veículo tendo um chassi (14) ao qual o eixo (7) é fixado, deixando espaço livre suficiente para evitar riscos de estrada e não interferir com o movimento das rodas (4) durante a operação normal do veículo. O sistema (2) compreende um conjunto de gaiola (10) fixado ao chassi (14) na vizinhança do veículo de modo a deixar uma parte inferior da roda (4) exposta, permitindo que a roda (4) entre em contato com a pista de rodagem e para reter a roda (4) em estreita proximidade de seu ponto de instalação original e encarcere a roda (4) e a conduza juntamente com o veículo caso venha a se desprender do eixo (7).
