O elemento de disposição de came (10) compreende um corpo (15, 16, 18) que possui um eixo de rotação (40). O corpo define uma cavidade (20) para receber a porção de cabeça de um elemento de fixação alongado. Um entalhe (28) estende-se ao redor do corpo para receber a porção de pescoço do elemento de fixação à medida que o elemento de disposição de came for girado com a porção de cabeça recebida na cavidade. O entalhe é configurado para permitir que o elemento de disposição de came seja girado através de pelo menos 190 graus para apertar a junção.
