Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE éSTERES DO áCIDO CINâMICO". Um processo para a preparação de um éster do ácido cinâmico, compreendendo condensar um benzaldeído com um éster do ácido acético, na presença de uma base. A mistura de reação é então tratada, sem adicionar um solvente adicional ou após adicionar um solvente adicional, com um ácido, para converter um éster do ácido 3-alcóxi-3-fenilpropiónico da mistura de reação em um correspondente éster do ácido cinâmico. Este procedimento permite que os derivados do éster do ácido cinâmico de elevada pureza sejam obtidos em boa produção.
