"APARELHO PARA TESTAR DESEMPENHO DE UMA UNIDADE EXTERNA DE UM CONDICIONADOR DE AR". é divulgado um aparelho para testar desempenho em ambos os modos, de resfriamento e de aquecimento, para diversas capacidades de unidades externas de condicionadores de ar. O aparelho de teste inclui um trocador de calor que tem uma pluralidade de trajetórias de refrigerante, uma seção de abertura/fechamento, instalada em entradas e saídas de trajetórias de refrigetante, para abrir/fechar, de maneira seletica, as respectivas trajetórias, e uma seção de controle, para selecionar a capacidade e o modo da unidade externa, para controlar a seção de abertura/fechamento. Ao selecionar o modo da unidade externa por meio da seção de controle, a direção do escoamento do refrigerante que escoa através de calor é mudada. A seção de controle permite que a seção de abertura/fechamento abra/feche, de maneira seletiva, as trajetórias de refrigerante, e apresente a direção de escoamento e a pressão do refrigerante. Diversas capacidades de unidades externas podem ser testadas em ambos os modos, de resfriamento e de aquecimento, e podem ser facilmente manuseadas.
