Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE FILME SELANTE, ESTRUTURA MULTICAMADAS, FILME, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM FILME E COMPOSIçãO SELáVEL POR CALOR". Esta invenção pertence a uma composição de filme selante compreendendo pelo menos dois materiais de componentes de polímero de etileno. Um aspecto da invenção se relaciona a uma estrutura multicamadas tendo propriedades selantes equilibradas e compreendendo uma camada selante e uma camada de polipropileno, sendo que a camada selante compreende e é feita de uma composição de polímero tendo características de peso molecular particulares e um segundo polímero de etileno. Uma configuração preferida da presente invenção pertence a um filme e composição poliolefínica de densidade média caracterizada por um excelente equilíbrio de uma baixa temperatura de início de selagem e módulo de filme melhorado. This invention belongs to a sealing film composition comprising at least two materials of ethylene polymer components. One aspect of the invention relates to a multilayer structure having balanced sealing properties and comprising a sealing layer and a polypropylene layer, the sealing layer comprising and being made of a polymer composition having particular molecular weight characteristics and a second polymer of ethylene. A preferred embodiment of the present invention pertains to a medium density polyolefinic film and composition characterized by an excellent balance of a low sealing start temperature and improved film modulus. The film and composition are comprised of and made of at least one lower density homogeneously branched ethylene polymer and at least one higher density heterogeneously or homogeneously branched ethylene polymer. The invention is particularly useful in those applications requiring faster sealing times and good dimensional stability of packaging such as, for example, baking packaging, hot filling packaging, flowable material bags, compression filling packaging, film packaging. shrinkage and packaging of barrier shrink film as well as biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film structures.
