Abstract

"CONEXãO PARA TUBO SULCADO E MéTODO PARA LIGAR UMA CONEXãO A UM TUBO SULCADO", compreendendo uma conexão (10) para uso com tubos de aço sulcados (20). A conexão (10) inclui um corpo (12) tendo uma luva de posicionamento (18). A luva de posicionamento (18) alinha o eixo central do corpo (12) ao eixo central do tubo (20). Arruelas de pressão (16) são fixadas no tubo (20) por uma porca (14) que é apertada numa extremidade rosqueada do corpo (12). A medida que a porca é apertada, uma aba anelar troncónica formada sobre o corpo (12) expande o tubo (20).
