Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM MáQUINA DE ARAMAR", segundo a qual utiliza-se, em lugar do mordente tradicional, um tucho móvel (9), o qual permite a fixação do arame (a) mediante pressão determinada pelo deslocamento em um corpo cónico (14), o que garante total eficiência na fixação, mesmo quando envolvidos os ditos arames em óleo, ou em função do contato com partes suadas do corpo do operador; ao contrário, este sistema de tucho (9) permite que, quanto mais o arame seja tracionado, mais aumente a fixação; estes tuchos (9) são de construção e utilização extremamente simplificada, o que possibilita ao usuário um manuseio muito prático e eficiente, no sentido de garantir uma fixação segura, mesmo diante de condições desfavoráveis; basicamente, é dotada de três orifícios alinhados (4), sendo os extremos destinados a receber pequenas correntes de elos (5) providas de ganchos substancialmente em "L" (6) nas extremidades; ao passo que o orifício intermediário recebe o acoplamento de um terceiro gancho (7), em cuja extremidade está disposto pivotavelmente tucho móvel (8); em função da utilização da máquina de aramar, ou seja, no caso de emendas de arames (a), um segundo tucho móvel (9) pode estar acoplado na extremidade de uma corrente de elos maior (10), a qual pode ser empregada para ser enrolada a um mourão (M), no caso de esticamento do arame (a), eliminando-se o segundo tucho."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN A WIRE MACHINE", according to which a movable tappet (9) is used in place of the traditional jaw, which allows the wire to be fixed (a) by means of pressure determined by the displacement in a conical body (14 ), which guarantees total efficiency in fixing, even when the said wires are involved in oil, or as a result of contact with sweaty parts of the operator's body; on the contrary, this system of tucho (9) allows that, the more the wire is pulled, the more the fixation increases; these tappets (9) are extremely simplified in construction and use, which allows the user to have a very practical and efficient handling, in order to guarantee a secure fixation, even in the face of unfavorable conditions; basically, it has three aligned holes (4), the ends of which are designed to receive small chain links (5) provided with hooks substantially in "L" (6) at the ends; whereas the intermediate orifice receives the coupling of a third hook (7), at whose end is movable tappet (8) pivotally arranged; depending on the use of the wire machine, that is, in the case of wire splices (a), a second movable tappet (9) can be attached to the end of a larger link chain (10), which can be used to be rolled up to a fence post (M), in case the wire is stretched (a), eliminating the second tucho.
