O presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade pertence ao segmento dos calçados infantis, referindo-se a um protetor, que notadamente, protege as áreas mais afetadas dos calçados das crianças, os quais sofrem mais desgaste, como: bico, laterais, calcanhar e solado, tendo em vista que a solução é aplicada na parte externa dos calçados, no momento em que a criança estiver com os calçados nos pés, vestindo-os; pelo fato do invento possuir um material maleável, resistente e lavável, ao sofrer atritos diversos durante seu uso, o mesmo desgasta no lugar dos calçados, prolongando sua vida útil e trazendo economia para os responsáveis.

[001] O presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade pertence ao segmento dos calçados infantis, referindo-se a um protetor, que notadamente, protege as áreas mais afetadas dos calçados das crianças, os quais sofrem mais desgaste, como: bico, laterais, calcanhar e solado, tendo em vista que a solução é aplicada na parte externa dos calçados, no momento em que a criança estiver com os calçados nos pés, vestindo-os. [007] Em pesquisa realizada em bancos de dados especializados foram encontrados documentos referentes a protetores de calçados, tal como, o documento de nº BR 20 2012 030124-0 que trata de um “PROTETOR DE CALÇADOS PARA MOTOCICLITAS”, consiste em proteger o calçado do motociclista de avarias causadas pelo pedal do câmbio da motocicleta durante a troca de marchas, permitindo que o condutor utilize qualquer tipo de calçado, inclusive os femininos, sem danificá-los.
