Abstract
sistema e método para alinhamento e fixação de uma prótese dentária a um implante com um parafuso protético. a presente invenção refere-se a um pilar de multiunidades que alinha um implante dentário e uma prótese aparafusada com copings. o pilar de multiunidades possui um pino de base roscado para fixação ao implante e uma porção esférica. uma concha giratória envolve a esfera e pode ser fixado na posição com um parafuso de trava. um recurso de acionamento na esfera permite que uma ferramenta que passa através do parafuso de trava introduza o pino de base no implante com o conjunto de unidades múltiplas em uma configuração linear. a concha giratória é então posicionada e fixada em uma inclinação e ângulo azimutal desejados. a concha giratória possui uma superfície correspondente para um coping. o parafuso de bloqueio permanece acessível através de uma abertura no coping quando a prótese é posicionada nos pilares do implante. diferentes modalidades são divulgadas para capturar a concha giratória na esfera. são descritos métodos para melhorar o alinhamento passivo da prótese aos implantes.
