MÉTODO PARA A SÍNTESE CONTÍNUA DE PARACETAMOL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de preparação contínua de paracetamol, que compreende uma etapa de nitração ou uma etapa de nitrosação para obter p-nitrofenol ou p-nitrosofenol, respectivamente. P-nitrofenol ou p-nitrosofenol podem ser, então, convertidos em paracetamol por hidrogenação, seguida de acilação. O método de acordo com a presente invenção permite obter paracetamol com uma regiosseletividade muito boa e excelentes rendimentos.METHOD FOR THE CONTINUOUS SYNTHESIS OF PARACETAMOL. The present invention relates to a method for the continuous preparation of paracetamol, comprising a nitration step or a nitrosation step to obtain p-nitrophenol or p-nitrosophenol, respectively. P-nitrophenol or p-nitrosophenol can then be converted to paracetamol by hydrogenation followed by acylation. The method according to the present invention allows obtaining paracetamol with very good regioselectivity and excellent yields.
