Abstract

ARTIGO DE EMBALAGEM SUSTENTÁVEL E USO DE ARTIGO. A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo de embalagem sustentável que poderá ser produzido substancialmente sem compostos de petróleo virgens; particularmente, ela se refere a uma nova embalagem feita de resina pós-consumo (PCR) colorida que possui alta absorção de NIR. Permanece a necessidade de criar economia celular para plástico preto e/ou colorido, trazendo o plástico preto e colorido para novas embalagens, utilizando pigmento detectável por infravermelho próximo (NIR) para a batelada mestre de corante. É, portanto, objeto da presente invenção transformar resíduo plástico preto ou colorido em novas embalagens. Descobriu-se, surpreendentemente, que pode ser obtida uma embalagem sustentável em cor preta aceitável pelo consumidor utilizando pigmento detectável por NIR, utilizando uma resina pós-consumo com múltiplas camadas, que compreende uma camada externa mais fina de resina pós-consumo de resíduo plástico natural (N-PCR); e uma camada interna mais espessa que compreende pelo menos 50% de resíduo plástico colorido (J-PCR).
