Abstract
sistema de processamento de imagem e formação de imagem do desgaste do ciclo de vida de refratário consumível, e, método para medir o desgaste de uma superfície de revestimento refratário consumível. um aparelho e método são providos para monitorar o desgaste do ciclo de vida de um refratário consumível em um forno de indução elétrica usado para aquecer e fundir materiais, acumular dados de formação de imagem a laser da superfície interna do refratário periodicamente ao longo do ciclo de vida do refratário enquanto o forno é utilizado em um ambiente de fundição e processar os dados de formação de imagem acumulados para análise comparativa com dados de formação de imagem a laser anteriores da superfície interna do refratário.
