métodoe dispositivo para a emissão de uma mensagem de voz acústica em um sistema de elevador. a invenção se refere a um método e a um dispositivo para a emissão de uma mensagem de voz acústica em um sistema de elevador (1). o método apresenta pelo menos as etapas seguintes: transmissão de um conteúdo da mensagem de voz como arquivo de texto (35) a ser emitido através da internet (23) a um provedor de serviços de texto para voz (25) baseado na web; recepção de um arquivo de áudio (37) do provedor de serviços de texto para voz (25) através da internet (23), sendo que, o arquivo de áudio (37) foi criado pelo provedor de serviços de texto para voz (25) com base no arquivo de texto (35) a ser emitido transmitido; e a emissão do arquivo de áudio (37) no sistema de elevador (1) é recebida como a mensagem de voz acústica. eventualmente o arquivo de texto (35) a ser emitido pode ser recebido pelo fato de que de um arquivo de texto do idioma de origem (39) é traduzido antes com auxílio de um provedor de serviços de tradução (27) em um idioma de destino. por meio da utilização de provedores de serviços online (25, 27) pode ser reduzido nitidamente um dispêndio, a fim de poder realizar anúncios de voz em um sistema de elevador (1) em diversos locais de uso com diferentes idiomas.
