Abstract
os métodos e aparelhos são providos para manipulação da nova capacidade de ue. em um novo aspecto, o ue reporta uma nova capacidade de ue para um enb, determina se o enb suporta a nova capacidade de ue e monitora um novo formato dci para implementar a nova capacidade de ue no uss, se o enb suportar a nova capacidade de ue, caso contrário, monitora quanto a um formato de dci padrão para implementar a capacidade de ue padrão pelo ue. em uma modalidade, o ue é um dispositivo nb-iot e reporta a nova capacidade de ue em msg3. em uma modalidade, o ue obtém uma configuração na informação de sistema para determinar se o enb suporta a nova capacidade de ue. em uma outra modalidade, o ue obtém uma indicação em uma sinalização de rrc dedicada para determinar se o enb suporta a nova capacidade de ue. em uma modalidade, o novo formato de dci inclui um indicador para número de processo de harq.
