Abstract
MÉTODO QUE UTILIZA UM DEPÓSITO FLUTUANTE FORA DA COSTA. Um método utilizando um depósito flutuante fora da costa para prover área abrigada usando um túnel para lançamento ou ancoragem fácil e seguro de embarcação e embarque ou desembarque de pessoal. O método pode ser usado para transferir equipamento entre a embarcação e o depósito flutuante fora da costa usando uma parte interna do túnel do lado da doca. O depósito flutuante fora da costa pode ter um casco flutuante, uma quilha, um deque principal, e pelo menos duas seções conectadas entre a quilha e o deque principal. As seções conectadas podem se estender para baixo a partir do deque principal para a quilha e podem ter uma seção lateral cilíndrica superior, uma seção de transição, e uma seção cilíndrica inferior. O método usa o túnel em uma profundidade operacional, com uma abertura de túnel para um exterior do casco flutuante para receber a embarcação.
