resumo novo processo para a manutenção de uma razão de isômeros de compostos carotenoides a presente invenção refere-se ao processo para a manutenção de uma razão de estereoisômeros de compostos carotenoides pelo uso de pelo menos um sal de metal alcalino e/ou alcalino terroso de um ácido orgânico, a formulações específicas e ao uso de tais formulações específicas.
