Abstract

método para montar um tubo rígido, instalação para montar um tubo rígido e tubo rígido. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para montar uma tubulação rígida destinada a ser colocada em uma faixa de mar, rio ou lago, a tubulação rígida compreendendo um tubo interno metálico e um invólucro externo não metálico para o isolamento térmico, destinado a ser colocado em contato com a extensão de água, o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas, montar seções do tubo metálico (18) de ponta a ponta, para formar um tubo interno (14) com uma passagem contínua (20) para a circulação do fluido; posicionar uma manga termicamente isolante (30) em torno de cada seção tubular metálica (18), a manga termicamente isolante (30) compreendendo pelo menos um sulco longitudinal (32); introduzir uma linha funcional contínua (17) em pelo menos dois sulcos longitudinais (32) de pelo menos duas seções tubulares adjacentes (18), preencher cada sulco longitudinal (32) para cobrir a linha funcional contínua (17).
