resumo patente de invenção: "método de fabricar recipiente moldado por sopro direto e acondicionamento". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar um recipiente moldado por sopro direto que exibe desempenho de barreira superior para combustível, substâncias químicas, e gases, tais como o oxigênio. o recipiente moldado por sopro direto está livre de deformação e é prático. o método para fabricar um recipiente moldado por sopro direto, o dito recipiente moldado por sopro direto tendo uma poliamida contendo grupo meta-xilileno (c) espalhada em camadas dentro de uma poliolefina (a), utiliza uma matriz provida com: um corpo de cilindro tendo um orifício de fluxo através do qual flui uma resina derretida, descarregada de uma extrusora, e uma seção de espaço vazio cilíndrico tendo uma abertura faceando à jusante, o orifício de fluxo se abrindo no topo da seção de espaço vazio cilíndrico; um mandril com uma parte de extremidade de frente sobre o lado superior, e que está posicionado na seção de espaço vazio de modo que a parte de extremidade de frente faceie na direção da abertura na extremidade do orifício de fluxo; e uma seção de suporte que segura o mandril dentro da seção de espaço vazio do corpo de matriz, e que é moldado na folga da passagem entre a seção de espaço vazio do corpo de matriz e o mandril, de modo que a folga da passagem forme uma passagem do fluxo de resina. 20123456v1
