BRIEF PRESENTATION [001] This is a patent application for a new MODULAR CONSTRUCTIVE RESIDENCE SYSTEM FROM STRUCTURAL MODULES, which comprises the formation of a residence from three modules, similar to containers, which are allocated on top of a baldrame-type foundation and fixed juxtaposed, so that the three container-type modules determine the environments of the residence. For the complete formation of the residence, the modules go through cutout processes to form internal doors, connecting the environments, and cutouts on the external faces to form doors and windows.
