Abstract
"PALHETA DE ROTOR DE PROPULSãO COM FENDA DE BORDA PRINCIPAL". Uma palheta de rotor de propulsão (27a, 27b, 127a, 127b) tendo uma fenda de borda principal de extensão fixa (215) localizada em pelo menos a porção de bordo do rotor de propulsão é revelada. A fenda (215) é formada por uma palheta (217), seletivamente formada disposta em uma área recessada seletivamente moldada (219) localizada na borda principal (202) da porção principal da palheta de rotor de propulsão. A fenda (215) é seletivamente moldada de modo que uma porção do fluxo de ar sobre a superfície de plano aerodinâmico inferior da palheta de rotor de propulsão é desviada entre a porção principal da palheta de rotor de propulsão e a palheta (217), e sai na superfície de plano aerodinâmico superior da palheta de rotor de propulsão. A presente invenção pode ser usada em ambas aeronave de rotor de inclinação tipo militar (11), e aeronave de rotor de inclinação tipo civil (111), com somente pequenas variações para acomodar as formas diferentes das palhetas de rotor de propulsão.
