Abstract

"ARTIGO ABSORVENTE COM MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO". Um artigo absorvente incorpora um material tendo uma camada de base de material geralmente permeável a fluido e pelo menos duas tiras ou regiões de material elastomérico presas ao material de camada de base com um espaço entre as mesmas, de modo que uma região central de material de camada de base é limitada, sobre pelo menos dois lados, por regiões compostas dos materiais elastoméricos e do material de camada de base. A região central do material de camada de base permanece geralmente não elástica e as regiões compostas são estiráveis em pelo menos uma primeira direção como um resultado de tensionamento e estreitamento no material de camada de base antes de fixação dos materiais elastoméricos.
