Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE MONTAGEM COMPENSADOR DE TOLERâNCIA". A invenção consiste de um dispositivo para montagem compensador de tolerância (100) que compreende um mancal (101) possuindo uma rosca interna (102) e externa (104) . O mancal é roscado em uma peça (P) a ser montada em uma superfície. Um pino (200) é a seguir roscado em um orifício de mancal usando as roscas internas. As roscas internas (102) levam a um ajuste de interferência entre a haste do pino e as roscas, impedindo temporariamente a inserção adicional do pino. O pino (200) é a seguir adicionalmente girado, girando desse modo o mancal (100) e levando o mancal a ser desenroscado da peça (P) em direção à superfície de montagem até que o mancal se assente sobre a superfície de montagem, desse modo compensando completamente uma fresta ou folga de tolerância. A medida que o pino é adicionalmente girado, em um torque relativamente baixo as roscas internas de sacrifício (102) são removidas permitindo que o pino seja completamente apertado no interior do orifício da superfície de montagem, desse modo conectando simultaneamente os componentes com uma conexão apropriadamente apertada, concomitantemente compensando uma fresta de tolerância.
