Abstract

"COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO". é divulgada uma estrutura relacionada à alimentação de óleo a uma parte do pistão em um mancal de suporte duplo de um compressor hermético, e uma estrutura para melhorar a eficiência e confiabilidade e obter redução de ruído. Nesta estrutura, uma vez que o mancal auxiliar (119) é provido com uma passagem de alimentação de óleo (129) para conduzir óleo lubrificante (108) descarregado de uma extremidade superior de um mecanismo de alimentação (114) em uma superfície deslizante de um pistão (120), o óleo lubrificante (108) é alimentado no pistão (120) e no pino do pistão (122) pela passagem de alimentação de óleo (129), de forma a maximizar o desempenho da vedação, de maneira tal que o nível de vazamento de gás refrigerante de uma câmara de compressão (117) é reduzido, de forma a melhorar a capacidade ou eficiência de refrigeração. Adicionalmente, a lubrificação das partes deslizantes do pistão (120) e do pino do pistão (122) é maximizada, de maneira tal que o ruído provocado pelo deslizamento é reduzido e a confiabilidade aumentada.
