Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM PORTADOR DE ANEL REFRIGERADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um portador de anel refrigerado (1) para um êmbolo de alumínio para um motor de combustão interna a ser produzido em um processo de fundição, compreendendo um canal de refrigeração (6) formado no dorso (3) do portador de anel como uma cava (4) aberta para baixo. De acordo com a presente invenção, granulado de sal é prensado para dentro da cava (4) com uma pressão de 100 a 300 N/mm^ 2^, de modo que na cava (4) se forma um macho de sal (5). O conjunto consistindo no portador de anel e do macho de sal é submerso em um banho de proteção anticorrosiva.
