Produtos alimentícios, incluindo bebidas/drinques nutricionais, barras nutricionais, e temperos de saladas possuindo aperfeiçoadas propriedades de saúde, nutricional, e mesmo até organolépticas, são preparadas usando óleo de DAG e/ou emulsões de óleo de DAG-em-água.
