Abstract
"TENSOATIVOS E COMPOSIçõES TENSOATIVAS". Compostos tensoativos da fórmula geral (I): R^ 1^ (R^ 2^) X^ 1^CH~ 2~CH (OH) CH~ 2~ (OA)~ n~OR^ 3^ (I) onde R^ 1^ é hidrocarbil; R^ 2^ é hidrocarbil; R^ 2^ é H ou hidrocarbil; X^ 1^ é um grupo contendo nitrogênio conforme definido, e R^ 3^ é hidrocarbil, e X^ 1^, n e AO possuem significados definidos, sabendo-se que pelo menos um grupo R^ 1^, R^ 2^ ou R^ 3^ é ou contém um grupo hidrocarbil de C~ 6~ a C~ 30~. Os compostos da fórmula (I) podem agir como tensoativos em formulações agroquímicas, particularmente como emulsificantes, agentes umectantes, dispersantes, espessantes ou solubilizantes e, especialmente, como adjuvantes, e especialmente para o óxido de amina ou compostos quaternários, em formulações para cuidado pessoal como amaciantes de tecido. Os compostos podem ser utilizados como adjuvantes, particularmente onde o agroquímico é um regulador de crescimento de planta, herbicida e/ou pesticida, por exemplo, inseticidas, fungicidas, acaricidas, nematocidas, raticidas, bactericidas, moluscicidas e/ou repelente de pássaros. Formulações particularmente úteis incluem herbicidas solúveis em água, particularmente glifosato, sulfosato, glufosinato e Paraquat.
