Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE COMPONENTES CONCRECIONADOS DE UM MATERIAL CONCRECIONáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para solução da tarefa de pór à disposição um processo para produção de componentes concrecionados, com o qual são obtidos valores de resistência suficientemente bons, sendo que em uma primeira etapa, material concrecionável é introduzido em um primeiro molde, em uma segunda etapa, o material concrecionável é comprimido para uma peça bruta, em uma terceira etapa, a peça bruta é solidificada adicionalmente, pelo menos parcialmente, em um segundo molde, e em uma quarta etapa, a peça bruta solidificada adicionalmente é concrecionada, sendo que a densidade da peça bruta, obtida com a solidificação adicional realizada na terceira etapa, situa-se aproximadamente 2 a 40% acima da densidade antes da solidificação adicional.
