Abstract

"MATERIAL COMPóSITO PARA EMBALAGENS SELADAS à QUENTE, VEDADAS à LUZ, AO GáS E AO LìQUIDO". é apresentado e descrito um material compósito de papel ou de papelão como material de suporte (1), com um revestimento de material sintético, em particular, para embalagens seladas a quente, vedadas à luz, ao gás e ao líquido, sendo que o revestimento de material sintético apresenta, respectivamente, camadas de selagem (3) externas e, entre a camada de material de suporte (1) e uma camada de selagem (3) existe uma camada de barreira (2) de metal, e um processo para a sua fabricação. De acordo com a invenção a camada de material de suporte (1) deve ser protegida no material compósito de tal modo que, uma embalagem fabricada dele com o produto contido nela pode ser esterilizado em uma autoclave ou similar, sendo que o material compósito pode ser fabricado de forma simples e económica. Isso é obtido pelo fato de que, no outro lado da camada de material de suporte (1) está prevista uma outra camada de barreira (2).
