Abstract
"CONECTORES, MONTAGENS DE INSTRUMENTOS, E MéTODOS DE CONEXãO E DESCONEXãO DE CONEXõES ELéTRICAS SOB FORçA". A presente invenção refere-se a um conector que inclui uma primeira seção de alojamento tendo uma pluralidade de contatos eletricamente condutivos na mesma. O conector inclui ainda uma segunda seção de alojamento, incluindo uma pluralidade de contatos eletricamente condutivos que podem formar uma conexão elétrica com os contatos da primeira seção de alojamento. A primeira seção de alojamento e a segunda seção de alojamento são conectáveis de forma removível e são capazes de formar um alojamento à prova de explosão ou à prova de chama quando conectadas. Os contatos de pelo menos uma dentre a segunda seção de alojamento e a primeira seção de alojamento são móveis com relação à sua respectiva seção de alojamento de modo a alinharem os contatos do segundo alojamento e os contatos da primeira seção de alojamento durante a conexão da segunda seção de alojamento à primeira seção de alojamento.
