Abstract

"PLACA DE VáLVULA DE MúLTIPLAS CAVIDADES PARA UM TAMBOR A VáCUO EM UM APARELHO ROTULADOR DE RECIPIENTES". Um conjunto de placa de válvula de múltiplas portas (101) usado com um tambor a vácuo em um aparelho de rotular. A placa de válvula (12) tem uma primeira cavidade a vácuo estacionária(14) que é suprida com um nível de vácuo adequado para recolher um segmento de rótulo de um cortador com tração limitada. A placa de válvula (12) tem uma segunda cavidade flutuante (62) suprida com uma outra pressão de vácuo de maior nível adequada para agarrar o segmento de rótulo cortado à medida que um adesivo é aplicado ao segmento de rótulo. A placa de válvula (12) tem uma terceira cavidade a vácuo estacionária (20) adequada para manter o rótulo a uma pressão de vácuo menor durante o segmento de aplicação de rótulo com uma pressão de vácuo menor. Uma porta de pressão (24) é também provida adjacente à terceira cavidade (20) para liberar o rótulo do tambor a vácuo quando ele contatar o recipiente.
