"COPOLìMERO úTIL PARA A PREPARAçãO DE GéIS DE áCIDOS". é revelado um copolímero útil para preparar géis de ácidos compreendendo um copolímero possuindo uma cadeia principal de copolímero, o copolímero possuindo uma fórmula geral (I): onde: (a) A é um H ou outro grupo de terminação; (b) R~ 1~ é um OH ou NH~ 2~; (c) R~ 2~ é um O ou NH;(d) Z é um inteiro possuindo um valor de 1 a 4; (e) X e Y estão presentes em uma relação (X:Y) de 3:2 até 4:1; (f) estruturas I e II estão presentes como blocos ou distribuídas aleatoriamente ao longo da cadeia principal do copolímero; e onde o copolímero possui um peso molecular de cerca de 1.000.000 a cerca de 10.000.000.
