Abstract

"PARTES DE METAL SINTERIZADO COM DISTRIBUIçãO HOMOGêNEA DE COMPONENTES FUNDIDOS NãO HOMOGENEAMENTE, ASSIM COMO PROCESSOS PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma parte de metal sinterizado com uma distribuição homogênea de componentes fundidos não homogeneamente, compreendendo essencialmente misturas de pós de metais não ferrosos fundidos não homogeneamente, produzida da seguinte maneira: sinterização sob pressão isostática contínua do material de partida para obter densidades que correspondem substancialmente à densidade de um sólido prensado isostaticamente em temperatura elevada tendo a mesma composição, utilizando uma matriz em condições de evitar a ocorrência de uma fase líquida no pó a temperaturas de até 70 % do ponto de fusão do metal, preferivelmente de até 60 % do ponto de fusão do metal, formando um perfil sinterizado possuindo substancialmente o contorno final."PARTS OF SYNTERIZED METAL WITH HOMOGENEOUS DISTRIBUTION OF UNHOMOGENEALLY FUSED COMPONENTS AND PROCESSES FOR THEIR MANUFACTURING". The invention relates to a sintered metal part having a homogeneous distribution of non-homogeneously molten components comprising essentially mixtures of non-homogeneously molten non-ferrous metal powders produced as follows: continuous isostatic pressure sintering of the starting material to obtain densities substantially corresponding to the density of an isostatically pressed solid at elevated temperature having the same composition, using a matrix capable of preventing the occurrence of a liquid phase in the powder at temperatures up to 70% of the melting point of the metal, preferably up to 60% of the melting point of the metal forming a sintered profile having substantially the final contour.
