Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE CHAPA DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO TENDO EXCELENTE FLEXIBILIDADE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma chapa de liga de alumínio tendo uma excelente flexibilidade para uso na conformação de painéis para automóveis. Uma liga de alumínio contendo 0,50 a 0,75% em peso de Mg, 0,7 a 0,85% em peso de SI, 0,1 a 0,3% em peso de Fe, 0,15 a 0,35% em peso de Mn, e o saldo sendo Al e impurezas incidentais, é usada e é vazada semicontinuamente em lingotes. O lingote de liga vazado é submetido à laminação a quente e à laminação a frio, seguido de tratamento térmico em solução da chapa conformada. A chapa tratada termicamente é resfriada bruscamente até uma temperatura de cerca de 60 - 120<198>C e a chapa é, então, bobinada. Esta bobina é então pré-envelhecida resfriando-se lentamente a mesma de uma temperatura inicial de cerca de 60 - 120<198>C até a temperatura ambiente a uma taxa de resfriamento de menos de 10<198>C/hora. Uma outra liga de alumínio contendo 0,0 - 0,4% em peso de Cu, 0,3 - 0,6% em peso de Mg, 0,45 - 0,7% em peso de Si, 0,0 - 0,6% em peso de Mn, 0,0 - 0,4% em peso de Fe, e até 0,06% em peso de Ti, e o saldo sendo Al e as impurezas incidentais, é usada e é vazada semicontinuamente em lingote. O lingote de liga de vazamento é submetido à laminação a quente e à laminação a frio, seguido de tratamento térmico em solução da chapa conformada. A chapa tratada termicamente é resfriada bruscamente até uma temperatura de cerca de 60 - 120<198>C e a chapa é, então, bobinada e resfriada até a temperatura ambiente.
