Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL SANITáRIO, PAPEL SANITáRIO". A presente invenção refere-se a papéis sanitários, em particular papéis sanitários de uso facial e lenços descartáveis. A presente invenção reivindica e descreve um método para a fabricação de um produto de papel sanitário de uso facial feito de uma manta de papel sanitário, o qual compreende as seguintes etapas: - passagem da manta de papel sanitário através de um estrangulamento de gofragem formado entre um primeiro e um segundo cilindros gofradores, sendo que pelo menos um destes cilindros compreende pelo menos 30 elementos gofradores por centímetro quadrado - passagem da manta de papel sanitário através de um estrangulamento de calandragem, formado entre uma primeira e uma segunda calandras, sendo que a primeira e a segunda calandras ficam em contato com a manta de papel sanitário por um comprimento que é medido paralelamente à direção do eixo geométrico da primeira calandra, exercendo uma pressão sobre a manta de papel de pelo menos 50 N por centímetro do comprimento de contato. A presente invenção também reivindica os produtos de papel sanitário produzidos de acordo com o método acima.
