Abstract
"SENSOR DE TAXA DE FLUXO DE GáS". Um sensor de taxa de fluxo de gás em linha inclui um orifício de fluxo móvel e um restritor de fluxo fixo adjacente ao orifício de fluxo para mudar o fluxo de gás pelo orifício de fluxo. O orifício de fluxo e o restritor de fluxo são formados de forma que cada incremento uniforme de movimento de orifício de fluxo proveja um percentual constante de mudança de fluxo pelo orifício de fluxo. Um ímã fixado ao orifício de fluxo móvel provê fluxo magnético variável que corresponde a cada incremento uniforme de movimento de restritor de fluxo. Um sensor de fluxo magnético responde ao fluxo magnético variável e provê uma saída que corresponde a um percentual constante de mudanças de taxa de fluxo.
