Abstract
PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SEPARAçãO DE PRODUTOS DE FERMENTAçãO DE BAIXA MOLECULARIDADE DE MISTURAS DE MATERIAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo com o qual é possível remover produtos de fermentação de baixa molecularidade de misturas de reação de molecularidade mais alta, formadas de modo complexo. A separação dos produtos de fermentação se dá, nesse caso, pelo tato de que a capacidade de permeabilidade esses materiais por membranas, que são usadas para a osmose de reversão e nanofiltração, é aproveitada para separar os mesmos de outros materiais de molecularidade mais alta no meio de fermentação. Desse modo, é obtida uma descarga dos produtos produzidos no processo de fermentação, também de misturas de reação formadas de modo muito complexo, tal como se apresentam, por exemplo, em biorreatores.
