Abstract
"SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE CONVêNIOS". Que foi desenvolvido com objetivo de possibilitar o gerenciamento do fornecimento, utilização e reembolso de beneficios diversos, como, por exemplo, auxilio para aquisição de refeições, consultas médicas ou odontológicas, medicamentos, educação, material didático, supermercado, cesta básica, leite, gás, subsistência, além de outros, e que emprega como documento de crédito um cheque, através do qual será possível a obtenção do benefício, e se baseia no gerenciamento do seu pedido, da sua emissão, e do seu processamento após sua utilização, sendo a sua emissão feita por uma instituição bancária credenciada pela própria administradora do sistema, a qual irá também normatizar as regras para o seu uso, incluindo o credenciamento dos estabelecimentos comerciais que serão filiados à rede de aceitação do convênio, normatizando ainda a distribuição do documento de crédito, o qual poderá ser adquirido por empresas, privadas ou governamentais, que desejem disponibilizar qualquer tipo de benefício para seus funcionários ou beneficiários, ou ainda por usuários individuais.
