Abstract

"INSTALAçãO DE LIMPADOR DE PáRA-BRISAS COM UMA PLACA DE MONTAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a uma instalação de limpador de pára-brisas com uma placa de montagem (10) na qual é formada inteiriçamente pelo menos um elemento tubular (16) para apoiar eixos de transmissão (42), no qual é encaixada uma unidade de mancal pré-montada (12) com uma caixa do mancal (26) de material sintético, cujo contorno externo é adaptado ao contorno interno do elemento tubular (16). Sugere-se que o elemento tubular (16), partindo de uma superfície de contato plana (14) da placa de montagem (10), forma uma cavidade (16) em forma de funil, cuja seção transversal maior segue à superfície de contato (14) e que na outra extremidade possui uma outra abertura de assento (18) para a caixa do mancal (26), sendo que a cavidade (16) possui somente nas suas áreas de extremidades, superfícies axiais e radiais de apoio (14, 36; 20, 22) para a caixa do mancal (26).
