Abstract

"PREPARAçãO DE AMOSTRAS DE FLUIDOS POR APLICAçãO DE PRESSãO". A presente invenção descreveu um dispositivo que compreende: um primeiro recipiente com pelo menos um furo ou meio de saída presente no fundo e/ou nos lados do primeiro recipiente; um segundo recipiente; e um compressor ou meio para aplicar pressão, em que o dispositivo é construído de modo que seja capaz de espremer ou comprimir uma amostra presente em um primeiro recipiente e, portanto, liberar, forçar ou separar fluido da amostra, em que o primeiro recipiente é construído de modo que parte do ou todo o fluido separado da amostra atravesse o furo ou saída para o segundo recipiente. O dispositivo permite a preparação de amostras de fluidos a partir de tecido de maneira confiável, reprodutível e barata.
