Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM FIO COMPóSITO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um fio compósito compreendendo filamentos contínuos de vidro e filamentos contínuos de matéria orgânica emaranhados. De acordo com a invenção, separa-se os filamentos contínuos de vidro provenientes de uma fieira (1) em diversas mantas (34a, 34b), separa-se os filamentos contínuos de matéria orgânica termoplástica provenientes de um cabeçote de fiação (11) em várias mantas (14a, 14b) e projeta-se os filamentos termoplásticos nos filamentos de vidro para misturá-los, à razão de pelo menos uma manta de filamentos termoplásticos em cada manta de filamentos de vidro, os filamentos misturados sendo, em seguida, reunidos em pelo menos um fio compósito (27). A invenção propõe igualmente um dispositivo que permite a realização do processo.
