Abstract
"MéTODO PARA SUBSTITUIR, TRANSLOCAR E EMPILHAR DNA EM GENOMAS EUCARIóTICOS". A presente invenção inclui composições e métodos para substituição de polinucleotídeo específica a sítio em células eucarióticas. Esses métodos incluem substituição de polinucleotídeo única assim como métodos de empilhamento de gene. Células eucarióticas de preferência para uso na presente invenção são células de plantas e células de mamíferos.
