Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA ESMERILHAR PEçAS METáLICAS, ESPECIALMENTE CONTENDO NìQUEL". A invenção refere-se a um processo para o esmerilhamento, especialmente de peças metálicas contendo níquel, sendo que um disco abrasivo (2) giratoriamente acionado é retificado continuamente por uma roda retificadora (3), igualmente giratoriamente acionada, durante o esmerilhamento da peça trabalhada, pela aplicação contínua (vfrd) da roda retificadora. Para aumentar o rendimento do esmerilhamento está previsto que com uma velocidade de aplicação de retífica de 1 a 2 gm por revolução do disco abrasivo e uma velocidade periférica do disco abrasivo (vs) mínima de 45 m/s, o avanço (velocidade da mesa (v)) é regulado de tal maneira que o volume temporal de remoção de aparas é de no mínimo 90 mm^ 3^/mms.
