Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO CONTìNUA DE LAJES DE REVESTIMENTO DECORATIVAS E DISPOSITIVO PARA EXECUTAR O DITO PROCESSO, E MATERIAL DE REVESTIMENTO DECORATIVO". A invenção refere-se à produção de materiais de revestimento decorativos que usam um peletizador de vidro e enchimento refratário. O processo da invenção para a produção contínua de lajes de revestimento decorativas consiste no carregamento de materiais básicos em moldes de fundição que são colocados em uma paleta aberta termicamente isolada, e no tratamento térmico em um forno em uma temperatura que varia de 900<198>C a 950<198>C. Depois do tratamento térmico, a paleta com os moldes é retirada e condicionada em uma temperatura ambiente durante 80-90 segundos acompanhada pelo esfriamento da superfície das lajes até uma temperatura que varia de 600<198>C a 634<198>C. Em seguida, as lajes são colocadas em um espaço fechado termicamente isolado que apresenta uma resistência térmica de paredes que permite o esfriamento da superfície da laje até uma temperatura que varia de 100<198>C a 140<198>C com uma taxa de esfriamento média que varia de 0,016 a 0,020 grau/segundo.
