Abstract

"PNEU AUTO-SUSTENTADO PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM PNEU AUTO-SUSTENTADO PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO". Num pneu auto-sustentado, as lonas de carcaça (3a, 3b) são produzidas por deposição seq³encial de comprimentos semelhantes a tira distribuídos circunfericamente sobre um suporte toroidal (11). Insertos enrijecedores resilientes (16, 20) são interpostos entre as partes laterais (13a, 14a) de comprimentos axialmente internos (13), comprimentos axialmente externos (14) e possíveis comprimentos axialmente intermediários (15). Desta maneira, é produzido um tipo de recipiente parcialmente aberto em torno de pelo menos um dos insertos enrijecedores (16, 20), o grau de abertura do qual pode ser regulado dependendo dos requisitos, mediante a modificação da relação entre espaço sólido e espaço vazio, determinada pela distância existente entre as partes laterais (13a, 14a, 14a) dos comprimentos semelhantes a tira (13, 14, 15) que revestem cada um dos lados axialmente opostos do próprio inserto enrijecedor.
