Abstract

"AGENTES TERAPêUTICOS". Composição de comprimido prensado compreendendo um componente granular dotado de uma série de grânulos solidificados em fusão, de uma droga antiinflamatória não esteroidal (NSAID) com um ponto de fusão na faixa de 30-300<198>C, incorporando um desintegrante uniformemente aí disperso; caracterizada pelo fato dos grânulos compreenderem uma fase contínua da droga antiinflamatória não esteroidal e caracterizada ainda pelo fato da composição de comprimido compreender dióxido de silício presente numa proporção de 0,05-5,0% em peso da composição. De preferência a composição contém também um componente extra granular compreendendo o dióxido de silício e um lubrificante. Ainda preferivelmente, o NSAID é ibuprofen dotado de um ponto de fusão na faixa de 75-77<198>C. Opcionalmente, o processo em fusão pode ser feito numa extrusora. São obtidos comprimidos contendo, vantajosamente, características de propriedades de processamento e dissolução.
