Abstract
"SUPORTE INTEGRAL E PLACA DE MONTAGEM FINAL PARA MOLA PNEUMáTICA". Uma combinação integral de uma peça de placa final e suporte (5) é formada de um plástico de alta resistência e é montada em um engate de vedação hermético com uma extremidade aberta de uma luva elastomérica flexível (6) que forma a câmara de pressão de fluido de uma mola pneumática (1). A placa final (13) inclui uma parede semicircular (18) que se estende perpendicular a um eixo longitudinal da mola pneumática e uma abertura semicircular (19). O suporte inclui uma parede vertical (23) perpendicular à parede semicircular da placa final e uma parede em formato de meio domo (26), que junto com a parede vertical, forma uma câmara de fluido auxiliar (27) que fica em comunicação de fluido através da abertura semicircular com a câmara de fluido principal da luva flexível. A parede vertical inclui fixações (31) para prender o suporte e a placa final em uma estrutura de apoio que se alinha com um eixo longitudinal da mola pneumática. Um conduíte de entrada de fluido (38) se estende para fora da parede do suporte vertical para proporcionar comunicação de fluido entre a câmara de fluido auxiliar do suporte e uma fonte externa de fluido pressurizado.
